WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our home base in Avon, Ohio. We do not currently offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground)

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions. Any free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through USPS.com or UPS.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please select USPS as your carrier at checkout if shipping to a P.O. Box.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at customerservice@lakeerieclothing.com or call 216-435-0884. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@lakeerieclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
