At Lake Erie Clothing, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at customerservice@lakeerieclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
Exchanges We offer direct size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. To request an exchange, email customerservice@lakeerieclothing.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm availability and send instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Final Sale Items Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes limited-run and event merchandise. All Final Sale purchases are final.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email customerservice@lakeerieclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
